Screensavers
You leave your desk for a few minutes, lets just say, the mom/girlfriend/wife or whoever it may be is summoning you from across the house. Well, when you return to your desk, what do you see? A picture slideshow, flurry, something random, anyways, here are a few of the screensavers I have come to love and use…
Save Hollywood - Save Hollywood is great because you can set Any Quicktime movie as your screensaver, this is a great way to get, as an example, the screensavers used in the Apple store to display as your screensaver. I have, since I first heard of Save Hollywood, used the iPod Nano movie with the colored dancers. Looks great, very enjoyable.
Polar Clock - Polar Clock by PixelGroup is a very unique way of checking the day, week, month, year, and time. All of the measures that constitute our concept of time are displayed in a circle wheel filled with vibrant colors and constant change. Polar Clock does not necessarily make it easy to tell the time but it certainly makes it look good.
LotsaWater - LotsaWater makes it appear as though your monitor is being pelted by rain. You can increase, decrease, intensify, or lessen the amount and strength of the drops. This way you can have a splash that hits every few seconds but ripples throughout the screen for several moments or you can have consecutive small drops hitting at every moment. Although it may cause dizziness you can also make enormous drops hit every instant causing your screen to constantly be rippling vigorously.
Those are some of the screensavers I find myself enjoying and I hope you enjoy them as well.
