About Clay Carson… Well, I have survived my teenage years and am quickly approaching the magic age of 21. I currently dwell in a corner of my parent’s home in Arlington, Texas (a situation which should be changing soon) where I spend most of my time on the web, playing video games, taking photographs, and living life as any other 20 year old.

Blogging

Since starting this site I have learned quite a bit about things on the web. I have struggled through coding, been through plenty of design changes and undoubtably had fun. I started blogging in the summer of 2007 and since then have focused mainly on Apple/Mac related tips, applications, and productivity. However, more recently, I have moved to focusing more on some broader topics, the ways I get things done on the computer, as well as my photography.

The template for this site is called Grid Focus and was created by Derek Punsalan of 5thirtyone.com. I have made modifications myself and enjoy its minimalistic appearance.

My Life and Interests

My main interests lie in the field of technology. I love following tech news and enjoy all sorts of gadgets. Since receiving my first DSLR in 2007, I have taken a heavy interest in Photography and am continuing to learn and develop my abilities and knowledge. (my photos can be seen ). I am currently a student at The University of Texas at Arlington where I am studying Communication Technology). One of the most important parts of my life is my girlfriend, Carly. She is currently a student at Oklahoma University where she is excelling greatly in their Journalism department. If there is anything else you would like to know feel free to ask. I live a fairly normal and relaxed life and I am very grateful for everything that I am blessed with.
